The hotel was surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the interstate, and the rooms were very clean. The service was friendly and on point, especially when they promptly addressed my issue with the TV remote. The location was pleasant with ample clean towels available, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was a bit subpar, with room for improvement in the quality of food. Overall, a comfortable stay with attentive service.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and looked new, definitely exceeding my expectations for the price. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, although the view was of the parking lot. It smelled a bit like there was a sewer backup, but overall, it had everything we needed. The service was friendly once engaged with, although there were moments where it felt distracted and less than friendly. The location was perfect and convenient, right near interstate 80 and 81, with amenities like Starbucks and a Sportsbar nearby. The dining experience was convenient for a quick meal before hitting the road, although it was not outstanding. Despite these minor drawbacks, the facilities were well-maintained and served their purpose.
